    The calendar issue might be caused by the fact that you are using an old bookmark (it points to an old sign on the page). Please delete the Favorite or Toolbar item that you are currently using, then open calendar.aol.com and add the new link to your Favorites or to the Carousel.

    Regarding the deleted SN please call us at 1-888-265-3733 in order to have one of the technical support agents further investigate this.

  2. AOL Gold is delivering some of my e-mails that are in my Address Book to Spam. Another glitch to contend with.

    Today AOL Gold is delivering some of my e-mails that are in my Address Book to my Spam folder. Another glitch I suppose. Hope they eventually fix their glitches and give us an AOL Gold version worth paying for.

    I am setting at my desk I have 71 emails listed i can see 4 have called and you say it is fixed. I will not pay you ever again, until it is fixed you are breaking your contract with me, NO MORE MONEY FIX IT AOL GOLD Called several times.

  6. Approved emails are now landing in the spam folder and spam is in the approved emails.

    Also, if you delete a few emails, the computers auto deletes ALL OF THEM. FIX THIS OR GIVE ME 98.2 back.

  13. The programs that were loaded preAOL Gold still want to access AOL 9.8.2 how do I get my devices like Garmin and HP to find AOL Gold?

    My Garmin GPS, and HP printer both revert to AOL 9.8.2. This causes problems. How do I get them to look for and use AOL Gold? The others are right though, 9.8.2 is a better software.

    This is what happened when I forwarded an email from one name to another. So why can't I send emails from one SN to another?

    A sub email account was removed from an AOL gold account that has been part of the main account for years. Please report back on case 05275710 quickly as to how this happened and get it restored.

    Why does AOL e-mail ALWAYS go down?? Seems like everyday. Are people at AOL trying to chase people away? Doing a GREAT job at doing that. NEVER had this problem when AOL Owned the company. This before Time-Warner bought it out. SAD AOL decides what e-mail is rejected.

    Enough already! Someone else is posting as Judith, but that person is @J***8. I am @**77, was the first Judith to ever post, and now people are wanting to know why I'm posting things that aren't like me. I have to keep telling them IT'S NOT ME! It's frustrating, giving me a reputation that I don't deserved and, furthermore, I seem to have lost my blue star and leader designation on the forums! I'm ready to sue AOL for their complicity in this and not fixing it even though I've mentioned it numerous times.
