  1. I keep getting a "command box" with "NOT SANDBOXED"

    I keep getting a black "command box" and on it says "NOT SANDBOXED". What is this? Makes me feel like my PC is being hacked or something. Terrible system, this Gold. You were not ready for this conversion. Stop this black box situation. I no longer feel safe using AOL Gold.

  4. Mail Default Settings

    I read my mail from top to bottom then arrive at the delete option and after deleting I've elected the option to open the next mail item. Now when the next item opens, its at the bottom of the new mail. Doesn't it make sense for the default to be open at the top/beginning of the mail. Why did AOL change the cursor placement to default to the last position? Opening a mail item in the middle or bottom of the message is just nonsensical.     I went to check my email and briefly looked to see what was there and I noticed some important bills and notices from dr's offices. I read one email and when I went to click on the next one It would not change. I closed the email to find that every single email from January was absolutely gone! WHERE IS MY EMAIL AND WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? It happened just once before and took about 3 days to get the mail back!!!!! Help me now!!!!!

  19. Backspace utton on Gold does not work. I tried the suggested fix from product support and it still does not work. bring back 9.8.2

  20. I cannot drag one of the four corners of the window. It doesn't move. Therefor I canno

    When opening the mailbox the page is to large. It takes up the whole screen and you cant read it without moving the sidebar up & down and from left to right.

    It's so big that you can't read the context of the email without using the inner sidebar at the bottom of the email.

    I cannot drag one of the four corners of the window. It doesn't move. Therefor I cannot use the “Save Window Size and Position” from the drop-down menu.

    Changing the screen resolution does not help.
