  1. PUT AOL "BLUE" BACK IN SERVICE !!!!

    Your ADDRESS BOOK is BROKE - since YOU BROKE IT, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO "FIX" IT-That is an important part of my business!! Address will NOT stay in the ADDRESS BOOK - However they WILL delete themselves - they are there in the AM and GONE later in the day - This morning my ENTIRE ADDRESS BOOK WAS GONE< WHITE PAGES< NO NAMES< NO ADDERSSES - VIEW MY RECORD!!!!

  2. Bring back some of the older features.

    I can no longer talk to my friend through instant messenger. She cannot use FACEBOOK and I have not been able to communicate with her via the internet for about three months now.

    I cannot fix photos through AOL and I was once able to do that.

    Also, I am not able to enlarge my font unless I do it manually for every email I write. I have some vision problems and having ONE font for everything was very helpful but I am no longer able to do that.

    To set a font for mail composing follow these steps: Mail > Mail Settings > “Font and Text” tab > Under Write Mail set the font size and type you would like to use. Changes are saved automatically.

    In case the issue persists, and for the Facebook problems you are experiencing through the AOL Desktop Gold, please call the dedicated Gold team at 1-888-265-3733 in order to have one of our Technicians assist you.

  3. It would be really great if our email actually worked. It's nothing but a struggle.

    Why can't you people fix the email? How long do you expect us to wait. I want to scream and cuss at you. THIS IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    called your help line and stated that I was losing email addresses both in my "all contacts" and in some "groups" Agent from Romania was helpful and stated that you know about the problem and doesn't know when it will be resolved

  6. Fix the many glitches on the new software. New one this morning was having deleted emails go to spam folder rather than to deleted folder,

    Hey its time you fixed these problems. Its not like you forced conversion to the new desktop yesterday without sufficiently testing it.

  7. Not satisfied and problem not solved. Need further resolution!

    I can not attach pictures to my AOL Gold E-mail. Old AOL worked fine and I could attach with no problem. I spent 1 1/2 hours with AOL representative on 2/7/18 and was not able to get the problem resolved. I need and expect follow up help to resolve this problem. Please follow up and get this problem resolved. Had been with AOL since 1990.

  8. Where's AOL software?

    Where is AOL software so I can clear cache and rebuild AOL adapter?

    Also, Gold is very slow. I've cleared cookies, temporary files, etc. It still runs slow. How about fixing that. Gold was supposed to be the answer to all of AOL's previous issues. It's just more of the same old issues.

    The Flag option is not available in AOL Desktop Gold.

  14. Why did AOL Gold change my settings on my laptop?

    When I download AOL Gold it changed my file type associations for .htm and .html to AOL Gold. I never authorized this. What other covert changes did you also do to my computer? I absolutely do not trust AOL at all. If AOL was trustworthy, they would have a delivered a quality product first time.

  16. I keep getting a "command box" with "NOT SANDBOXED"

    I keep getting a black "command box" and on it says "NOT SANDBOXED". What is this? Makes me feel like my PC is being hacked or something. Terrible system, this Gold. You were not ready for this conversion. Stop this black box situation. I no longer feel safe using AOL Gold.

  19. Mail Default Settings

    I read my mail from top to bottom then arrive at the delete option and after deleting I've elected the option to open the next mail item. Now when the next item opens, its at the bottom of the new mail. Doesn't it make sense for the default to be open at the top/beginning of the mail. Why did AOL change the cursor placement to default to the last position? Opening a mail item in the middle or bottom of the message is just nonsensical. Please make it so opening an email opens at the beginning of the email OR…
