I am being blocked from posting on the comments boards, for no good reason, and I need to hear from management on this!

Ever since the beginning of the year, I have been unable to post comments on AOL articles without being held for review. What's wrong with my comments? I said nothing offensive or vulgar.

How about fixing it

Stop choosing which articles we are allowed to comment on . . .

I'm reading an article on continuing evolution. I want to give some comments on their conclusions. The article only says that it was written by a staff writer. So, where can I comment on the article?

I have been repeatedly denied the ability to update addresses in my Address Book. I repeatedly get the default asking I try again in 5 minutes. That's been going on for days. Expletives deleted.

Customer since 2003: often enter comments to news feed stories__always within guidelines. Nonetheless, monitors frequently block my liberal-leaning anti-racism comments, while accepting right-wing attacks, threats and insults by hostile posters. The impression is many monitors , than not, are, bias.and tolerant of racist attacks. sharing views is one of the reasons I've remained with AOL since 2003. If this harassment continues, I'll have no choice but leave. DO YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT SOLUTION?

do not like me..cause I give my honest comments about the dems and sometimes the republicans....

The ideas are to keep your people WHO run the comments or welcome page...out of our comments.......it looks like AOL is for the worse party in life...the democrates..and when I give my opinion one person put a page all by itself telling all the people who they think are right about the dems...I DO NOT LIKE THE DEMOS...THEY DID SOME TERRIBLE THINGS...and if you feel that they are behaving with fairness..tell me now...cause I won't read anything you have to say...even if it is correct

I am not able to make comments any more. Either AOL is screwed or being a total useless waste. If you don't like what I try to post, then fix it so NO POSTS are able to be made. Easy enough. You approve terrible and many typographical errors. And come on, The articles have plenty of errors themselves. It will save you plenty of time and money with not having to be the post police. Or better yet, I can get another provider.

I try to sign up and it just resets. Either fix it or don't let anyone post ever. Simple enough.

AOL doesn't seem to care about its subscribers. I have never used profanity or obscenity. Apparently I am banned from making article comments because it doesn't fit their political narrative.

AOL, you are no longer providing e-mail feedback on my posts...have you blocked me? I see my comments, but no feedback information. BTW, I am a paying subscriber.

This is NOT an idea but a cry for help! Everything in the "comment" section on News stories is Blank. I can't see my own comments or anyone else's! As an older person, with no family, this has been my lifeline! Now, AOL appears to have taken that away from me. NOT OKAY!

When an AOL Member signs into AOL, then proceeds to read an article and wants to comment, why is it necessary to sign in again? That's stupid and time consuming,

I want to know why I cannot comment on any topic or discussion in the comments section. Even if I tell someone they are doing a GREAT job, the aol police say I am not following their policies. This is wrong!! You are blocking ALL my freedom of speech but you still want my money every month. I want this corrected ASAP!!!

My "Comment" capability to AOL articles in the WELCOME window has been restricted, permanently deactivated and I can no longer post comments. Someone there has arbitrarily decided my comments, even my "Thank You" and support comments "inappropriate for "the community" Vindictiveness should not be a part of AOL operations in this regard.

AOL has ruined the experience of the comment or conversation sections of articles and pages. It has become so difficult to participate that I frequently give up.I do not understand what is or is not acceptable to say in those sections any more. Those who monitor these sections do not seem to follow the guidelines AOL lists as reasons for blocking posts or rejecting them. These individuals seem to focus on very low level "insults" that were written sometimes many minutes in the past while allowing racism, hate, intolerance, misogyny, homophobia, sexism, and even death threats and the like.Removing grade school level insults 15 minutes after they were written in a busy thread is a wasted effort. Please help me to understand what is acceptable to these people, that is not the same as what AOL accepts.Post monitoring has 2 main goals, teaching people what is acceptable and shielding others from what is not,the current efforts fail at both of these.

These are the types of comments coming from the unhinged letft that you are not allowing me to respond to since you've blocked my participation in the conversation. What is your justification for that? AOL is now the problem because it let's comments like this go unchecked. Shame on you:

You may want to get a new tinfoil hat, the reception you are getting seems a little foggy. It is deflecting pretty well though.......
