    aol mail has been horrible. Can't access it, can't send emails just terrible service and we pay for this?????

    ...and a bunch of other errors and problems. AOL GOLD is such junk and trash. I'd say **** and **** but AOL thinks they are swear words and edits my FEEDBACK. What colossal sickos.

    Today I have received your message about "having a tough time with email today and to try in 5 minutes" probably twenty times today. If I did this it would be 100 minutes out of my day. Already it has probably taken 60 minutes from me. I am very unhappy with your product. I am a professional with a heavy email load. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT or is it simply change email providers?

    What is wrong with AOL mail? Ever since we started paying for AOL, it's been slow loading, mail is inconsistent. Please fix, or we will cancel.

    I can't load my mail. This has been going on way too long. Pretty sad, I have been paying AOL for over 20 years for service that I am not getting. I think it is time to move on. AOL....aren't you embarrassed that your service is so poor.

    THIS IS THE WORST SERVER EVER SINCE WE WERE FORCE TO AOL GOLD I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY EMAIL WITHOUT A PROBLEM FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS AND AT LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK IN FOREVER THIS IS A BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST THAN ANYONE ELSE

    Okay, I'm paying for AOL and now, two days in a row, you are having trouble loading my mail. And this is not the first time it's happened, AOL Gold is not worth even half if what I pay. Never had these problems before Gold, but constantly have then with Gold.

    Just a note: when there is a system wide problem, as there is now - how about blasting out a notice that there is a problem, that you are working on it and when you plan to have it fixed rather than have your subscribers futilely trying to find their own answers ???

    Aol is a big joke, you need to fire your top tech crew and get someone with the know how in to fix your lousy service, maybe hire some high school kids....

    Cannot get my emails, and when they do finally pop up, I sometimes cannot access them/read them or respond to them.

    Mail is taking forever to load on a super computer not the computer its the delivery system at AOL

    Mail is not reading my address book - book appears empty. Also the program is very slow or non-responsive - Can't send an e-mail.
