I don't like having to agree to delete an e-mail. It's one step that is annoying.

In order to disable the prompt, please follow these steps:
1. Open the AOL Desktop Gold and sign in.
2. Click on the ‘Mail’ menu on the top left.
3. Select ‘Mail Settings’ from the drop-down menu.
4. Uncheck ‘Confirm before deleting items’, and close the window (changes are saved automatically).

I see now we have to go one more step to delete an e mail? That stinks! Especially when you have to delete many! Stupid idea. Google here I come.

Why did you hi lite the No box instead of the Yes box in asking are you sure you want to delete this message? If you didn't want then you can click on the NO. If you want it deleted you can just hit enter or the space bar. This is taking forever to clean files. Not even sure why you added this box to begin with

cleaning mail files now takes forever since you have added the box are you sure you want to delete. I have better things to do with my time. You still have not added the spam control files back. Seems thing keep getting worse then better. Not sure AOL is worth it any more

Get rid of new requiement to verify delettions. It eats up time and is the worst "improvement' ever. Unimaginable that users would be subjected to such a gratuitous burden.

Please remove pop up Delete window asking if I am sure I would like to delete the email. It is slowing me down and it costing me money and it is interfering with my business while I am on the phone with my clients because I have to switch from documents and emails and back. Please get rid of it.

Your new feature for asking for each spam deletion is slow and cumbersome; please go back to the old system. Now instead of reviewing each spam individually, I have to just delete the entire batch.

Whose bright idea was it to require four clicks to delete every piece of email? Two was bad enough!

You have to delete emails one by one and has to confirm if you wanted to delete it or not

At first I thought this may be to help stop accidentally deleting mail, but it is totally not needed, as if you go to Recently Deleted Mail, anything deleted by mistake can be reinstated.

Why did you change it? It worked just fine the way it was. I have already decided to delete it. It makes it so much slower to read my mail. And to delete the "Delete" folder make it very inconvenient..
