You have never improved anything on aol desktop gold. You never react to the complaints and every day it gets worse. Now you have ads in the email screen, the welcome screen is totally screwed up with split screens and articles that make no sense. GET RID OF DESKTOP GOLD OR FIX IT SO USERS CAN USE IT.
