    Eliminate scam ads, I've never seen so many on AOL. Most relate to the Government of Canada or investment scams

    I now have ads popping up over my email, so I can't scroll through it. I recently was offered ad free email to pay more than I am already paying. This is gouging in my opinion.

    When I review my list of scam emails, a small Google ad pops up in the middle of the screen blocking some of the email titles. Why is AOL allowing this kind of message blocking?

    I am very disturbed by the large amount of space your advertisements take on the right side of my screen. I did not pay extra to have my working space taken away. I never have used a single one of the adds to purchase something. I never want to support this. Many of them border on obscene. I am paying a monthly fee to be annoyed by your company and do not appreciate it.

    When reading newspaper in chicagotribune.com using AOL Desktop Gold, an ad appear and it blocks me from reading the next pages and it doesn't have an option to close it. The issue only appears on AOL DESKTOP GOLD. However, the issue is not showing up when I am using the regular browser(Google Chrome). Both chrome and AOL Desktop Gold are not logged in wo ChicagoTribune but the issue only appears on AOL. We have done the uninstall and reinstall process but issue persist.

    I called support to hopefully delete these large moving Ads and was told it would cost me $39.95 per month. For $4.99 per month I could opened my mail in a different browser to stop seeing ads. This makes no sense. Your loyal Gold customers should be able to get the $4.99 rate. Why would I use a different browser to look at mail when I pay for Gold. You owe it to your customers to offer the $4.99 rate. If something doesn't change I may be closing my Gold account. I am anxious to get a response. Karen McCranie

    So damned tired or seeing offensive ad from Yosody on my Desktop Gold AOL App. No way to get rid of it and it's appeared constantly for almost a month.

    The side bar of our emails are being flooded with offensive ads for ED meds and dating sites. No one in our house hold wants these ads and as many times as we click on the button to report them , they keep coming back . Now today there isnt even a button to click on to block them. WE DO NOT WANT THESE ADS.

    Nude ads are completely unacceptable on the mailbox screen and they have been showing up intermittently.

    Cant get mai, get open favorites, toolbar has been change, cant sign on, all I can do see a screen.
