    What is the big deal about fixing 1 PROBLEM like YOU'VE GOT MAIL. All the other sonds work good but what **** can't fix that problem.

    I have been with AOL since 1973 and instead of getting better AOL is getting worse. Bring back the OLD PREGRAMERS that knew what they are doing and fire the ones You have.They are good about causing problems but sure as **** are not good at fixing what they screwed up. As it stands right now I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AOL to anyone. I am about ready to find another e-mail server. GET THE **** THING FIXED!!!!!

    WHEN DELETING AN ITEM, IT POPS RIGHT BACK UP AGAIN. AND THE "YOU'VE GOT MAIL" VOICE IS STILL NOT WORKING. YES, I HAVE CLEARED ALL CACHES...ETC.

    FIX "YOU'VE GOT MAIL" PLEASE. Aol posted that is was FIXED but may not work all the time. That makes NO SENCE!!.

    So very tired of AOL saying they fix " YOU'VE GOT MAIL" when You haven't. You posted HOT FIX for You've Got Mail but may not work at times. Why not wait till it is completely fix before posting it has be fixed. I have had AOL since the 70's and NEVER had this kind of problems. AOL needs to hire new Technicians and Programmer's. WHY DO YOU TRY TO FIX SOMETHING THAT NEVER WAS BROKEN.

    As described above. AOL Gold would not open and a technician "fixed" it. Now, not only do I have to use the AOL Launcher but I have lost "Welcome," You've Got Main, etc., etc. Every time I look for the fix, I am told to go to Settings, Personalization and activate the sounds. But they don't activate.
