Get rid of all the upgrades you have made in the 4 months!!!
In the last 4 months I have;
1. Stopped being able to save mail with out opening.
2. Stopped being able to open links from my face book without having to click on another link to to approve the link.
3. Copy and paste pictures into emails. Pictures I paste do not come through on the other end and 50 % of the pictures pasted into mail to be sent later disappears when the mail is reopened.
4. Mail in my send later file is sent with the date it was saved no the date it was sent.
Please fix… -

The following 'glitches; on AOL GOLD should be fixed. First, when I try to "manage' my Mail Folders (for instance, rename one of them) it doesn't 'catch' and register when I make the change and press SAVE...... It just stays there and then when I look, the change didn't register.
Also, when I go to save an email, sometimes there is no arrow if I want to choose "Save on my PC" as opposed to "Save on AOL". Then other times both arrows are there. Could you please fix this so it works all the time? Finally, I see you… -
spelling dictionary
You "suggestions" as to how to fix the spelling dictionary don't work as there is no option under Mail for any spelling dictionary words. Yes, the words get underlined and you can right click and tell AOL to accept the word as spelled but in the next email, the same words get underlined as wrong again. Restore the Spelling Dictionary so that words we had to it STAY in it. Before we had to pay for AOL, it worked so much better. Now we PAY you and get far less than we used to. I have sent repeated bug reports on Feedback
While you responded on Feedback, no one from AOL has reached out to address my issues: Is anyone going to contact me to resolve my issues?
I have sent repeated bug reports and still have no resolution. I have contacted support, they went into my system and reinstalled the software but since the issue wasn’t resolved they advised to send a bug report. But the bug reports do NOTHING!! emoji idea
I've written this idea before and have not seen a response. On most devices that offer wmoji's, it does not close the window when you select the emoji. I often like to insert several at a time. Could you please leave the emoji box open until I'm finished selecting emoji's?
Also, I would really be a good thing if when I select, "Mark as Unread" you would let the text go to bold again. This way I can see which emails I've marked to reply or deal with at a later date.

IF AOL HAD A PROGRAM TO SEND ONLY MY AOL E MAIL TO MY MOBILE DEVICES FOR $5 OR $10,A MONTH, i WOULD GLADLY DO IT. BUT I DO NOT WANT AOL'S ENTIRE PROGRAM ON MY MOBILES. DON'T WANT MY MOBILES CLUTTERED WITH ADS, ETC.

"New" AOL mail pages are garbage. I live in the busy physical REAL WORLD and don't have time. Be smart and bring back "old" email for those of us who still live in the physical world. Just plain stupid.

Why Doesn't AOL have available Read Receipts for emails we send??? I HAVE BEEN AN AOL CUSTOMER FOR 24 YEARS NOW!!!!!!!!!! People make fun of me that I still keep it! But it would mean that I change EVERY account I have linked to this email address, etc and it is a huge hassle to do so. PLEASE ENABLE THIS FEATURE!!!!!!!! IT WOULD GAIN AOL NEW CUSTOMERS.

Why are the images now a "preview"? Now you have to down load them!
Why didn't you leave the embedded images alone? Now they show as a preview (that I can't even see on my cell phone) and I have to download everything to see what it is! GO BACK TO EMBEDDED IMAGES!

Can Music to an AOL email or AOL mail attachment that play when it is open by recipient
To me, I think we need a way to Add Background Songs or music to email to play when the recipient opens his or her AOL email attachment note or letter. If it can be done AOL--Gold help desk live support just said cannot be done. I do not know how or if it can be done. But sure is a great idea. Thank you.

Did you reduce your storage space in your update. I can't switch between New and old and sent mail.
Tech support cannot fix this. It appears you reduced your storage and speed. It's a disaster for me using AOL Gold

There has been a recent change such that incoming email that includes a photograph, the system produces a "preview". This is a very BAD innovation

DISABLE SPAM CONTROL COMPLETELY
I want to disable spam controls completely. Your current program puts too many items into the spam folder including desired mail.
