Format control of emails page
I want to see and control more emails at once than the new gold allows and show only what I want to see
On aol anywhere I can
- change the size and adjust how many emails show up on the list
- use one hand and click on the side boxes to delete a large number of emails as a first run through
- not have all the icons take up a quarter of the page -

it takes time to load the email in desktop gold i go to read on the upper left corner and then it takes longer than usual to load. AOL tech support already reinstalled and checked task manager on computer but issue still persists.

The most recent update to AOL seems to have made an undesirable change to Spell Check. In the past, Spell Check would identify and hilight p
Fix spell check so that it only highlights potential errors when sending an email (as it used to do), instead of highlighting each and every word for my review. This change seems to have been made automatically in the most recent update to AOL, and cannot be rectified by either myself or your customer support technicians. According to the technician, this will have to fixed in another update. Please accomplish this ASAP. Thanks.

The new download manager
I want a Manager I can put multiple documents into and download at one time into a folder I choose. This new one is no help to me as I open many emails with puzzles attached. I do not need to organize my downloads the way this new one is set up. and I really want to choose where to put them because I do not want to use my download folder for regular mail items. you need to tweak this new manager to make it more user friendly

send out emails to those of us who pay for the desktop service when things change. For instance, you just changed how you show email coming
AOL has made changes to the way mail shows in the mail box, without notification to those of us who pay the $4.99 fee. Please send out notifications so we know these are 'changes' and not 'glitches'. We had to submit a 'bug' to find out this was new. It's alarming to see changes and not know if it's broken or working as designed.

It was so much better when you could search by email address and subjectwhy would you make this change?

It seems that often when aol comes up with a "new" plan/idea like two years ago when you rearranged MY favorites, they were forever messed up and I was unable to use them as I had previously. This time you altered MY emails and I needed tech support to be able to use the mail. PLEASE STOP tinkering with my personal computer items. It is unwanted and upsetting

Mark as Unread
When I read an e-mail and close it. I have to go into old mail and open a different e-mail and then go back and open my original e-mail to enable me to mark it as unread. Previously, I was able to close my e-mail, right click it and mark as unread. I no longer get the option on the drop down bar. It gives me an option to mark as read, which is redundant.

Saving Images
Title: Two Points.
I wish you wouldn't waste time putting "This folder is empty" signs in an obviously blank folder. Instead you could restore the service of saving images from e-mail that I really used. This nice service has been missing too long. -

AOL FOLDERS disorganized
My AOL file folders used to be in groups that I arranged them in...based on the number of dashes I preceded each title with. Now the entire file folders are arranged alphabetically...which I did not want and did not ask for. I want my folders back the way they were.

deleting mail contacts
When you scan items in your address list (under mail in mailbox) from A to Z to clear out unwanted addresses, the curser shouldn't jump back to A after one deletion. It should move to the next name in the alphabet on the list so you can continue to survey the list, otherwise you have to go through the entire alphabet to find the spot where you'd been. Very time consuming.

Two issues to take under advisement. The verification process is very laborious, had to identify literally a hundred images to progress through the AOL system all to verify why my password was not being acknowledged. Of greater importance: Please tweak the Desktop Gold software to allow the customer to ADD ADDITIONAL FONTS on the drop down menu . As everyone is very sensitive to branding the feature on the previous iteration allowed us in marketing, graphic design to gear our email correspondence to the visual sensibilities of our clients and reflect our own corporate identity BETTER.and more accurately.
