  2. Billing Snafu

    Out of nowhere, I am told I must update my payment information. I was threatened with termination of my service if I did not update the payment method. When I called, I was told it was an issue between AOL and a credit card company.

    My payment method has not changed. With all the threats of theft of financial information, I was not comfortable having to input the information. When I finally did, the screen presented was so faint that I had a hard time finding where to input what, and the field for the security code from the credit…

  7. Can anyone explain to me WHY I AM STILL AN AOL MEMBER? Yes I've been with them for 30+ years, but why? AOL is the worst web service there is

    My idea, (and this is brilliant, why didn't I think of this sooner) is to get a new account with a modern company like Google, ho did someone say that its free). Set my AOL account up with an auto reply to my NEW BETTER ACCOUNT WITH SOMEONE ELSE. Does AOL still do that. And after a couple months just leave AOL. Brilliant.     Please dont put blockers on account. We have had an AOL account for eons. Last week there was some kind of blocker the cause my laptop to lock up. Had to shut down every time I opened AOL. I contacted the number on the message about a problem with our account. The lady said we owed $ 28.00 approx, and they would fix if we paid the bill.

  20. Why can't I see my Inbox email?

    I am tired of not being able to access things I had beforehand. I can't access my inbox for days at a time. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? There are emails I am working with and can't access them to respond or deal with.
