Given that we can post birth dates in our address book, it would be great if AOL could post an alert on our Email address indicating that it is a person's birthday - Facebook currently does it. If the capability is feasible please notify us when it is in AOL Gold so we can enter the dates.

PLEASE PUT BACK that the list of email names in AOL are A-Z. That is one of the MOST important features. It should not be by relevance -
Please put back the option to have names -A-Z not relevance. That is one of the most important options. Also we used to be able to click cc or bcc at the bottom. Now we have to do one more step by clicking on the area below that give you the option to click cc or bcc.

Auto Save E-mail Addresses on Send (Again)
In the past, AOL Desktop would automatically add the To: address to the Address Book when sending an e-mail. This no longer happens, in fact the option to turn this function on/off in missing.
Please restore.

Common verizon as much as i pay for your phones then 6 bucks a month for repair service you would think this would work!

The feature where when you sent someone an email for the first time, that recipient was automatically added to your address book and saved.
Bring back the feature where sending a new email would automatically save the recipient's name and email address to my Address Book, and would provide a prompt when I start to type in their address the next time. Now all I get are prompts for people who I don't contact, or they are dead. AOL used to have a number of features that made it more user friendly than the competition. Now they are gone. Automatic address lookup
When addressing a message, why all of a sudden do I get the address plus the contact name. Make it work like it did before, I don't need to know the person's name, i already know that. Just clutters up the works.

Fix to work correctly! News feed is overlapping on searchbox.Lose the minimize,maximize,close buttons. lost all email contacts in a folder.
I was informed that I need to use this feedback app for a senior tech to respond to my many issues that could not be resolved by the techs on duty.

The new +1 in Address Book Phone Number is awful and annoying. I was told it was an update. Please revert back to the previous version

Features only work if you can get AOL Gold to open at all. Waaay temperamental.
My idea? Fire the AOL Gold Techs who pay lip service rather than fix the built-in AOL Gold problems, of which it is rife. I wonder what it must be like for the paid employees of AOL Gold to live in denial and constantly just pass the Buck, rather then addressing the inherent faults in this program which they so gladly charge up for. Truly disappointing.

address book cursor
After going to the Address Book, have the cursor show automatically at Quick Find box.

Whenever I sent an email to an address, that address was automatically entered in my address book and became available the next time.
Whenever I sent an email to an address, that address was automatically entered in my Address book and the next time that I started typing that address, it came up as a selection. Very nice feature. Now it no longer works that way. I guess that I am surprised that positive features such as this are being removed rather than enhanced.

Create a way to copy the contents of a Group Email into a second (new) Group Email. This saves the original Group and allows the second one
I want a way to copy the email addresses in one Group into a new Group so I can edit or expand the Group.

Export Address Book in AOL Gold to the AOL App
I have been told by AOL Tech Support that the address book from Desktop Gold or aol.com cannot be obtained from the cell phone app of AOL. I would like this added so I do not have to log onto a computer to obtain contact information such as telephone numbers, addresses, notes, etc. Just having their email address available is not enough when you are away from your computer. If not possible, please make it easy to export this information to another email app or program such as Outlook or Google.

PLEASE update the program that when you are updating email addresses it does NOT revert to the A position ...it is a pain in the neck to delete addresses that have been auto added or delete people no longer needing their email. PLEASE FIX so it stays where you are presently working.
