Address Book function
Before ADG it was possible to "letter search" the names and email addresses. That is, pressing the letter of the name or email address would take you to the first name/email address in the group with that letter. Have to manually tab down the list now to get to names/email addresses that we want to access or add to a group.

Address book ...
When updating address book PLEASE stop making it go to the top of the address book again ...if I am changing something in "S" I have probably already changed or deleted others previous to "S" ... so PLEASE don't make me scroll all the way down EVERY TIME a change is made! This has been requested many times by many people~

Transfer Group and its contents to another AOL ID
Give us the ability to create a GROUP name with people listed within the group which we can do now.
Have the ability to share the GROUP and its contents to another AOL user.
For instance I created a group under my BIZCAM3 and I want to put on my wife's ID also.How can this be done?

Here is your reply to our questions and requests to improve/go back to the way things were: "Unfortunately, what you’re looking for is no longer offered in the current version of AOL Mail."
That a p*** poor answer and reflects the attitude that paying aol customers don't matter to the company! Fix them or we're all gone. -

Add commas to addresses in groups
I send newsletters to 300 people once a month. Addresses often change and I delete my group and create a new one from time to time. Each time I have to add commas to the addresses one by one in step 3 of the Manage Group page. Can this be done automatically?

When you have a list of no reply on your address book, and you wish to delete all 4 you can only delete one at a time.

Address Book Feature Gone
I have a complaint. I have been able in my address book to always have all of my contacts in any given group in the bottom box automatically separated by commas. This feature is not longer available in Desktop Gold. It is a great inconvenience. It is moving me toward cancelling my aol after 15 years. It is a necessary feature for work.

Prior to 'Gold', 1. we could drag and drop an email address from the address line to the BCC line with ease. Now not so.
2. the old version let us amend or adjust the auto-filled address with a slight change. Not so now. I deal with lots of addresses that are 20 characters long with only the first couple of letters dif between recipients. Why can we not simply make that change without retyping the entire address.
3. and the actual address book was all screwed up. Why did you change all our contact info?

Choice to add email addresses to address book.
I think there should be a little box that pops up that asks you if you want the email address of the person you are responding to automatically be added to your address books.
