Beta 2454 STILL "Not Responding"
This has been a continuing problem for me..
Your previous request to me was:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the
drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.Tell me please, How do I "Open AOL Desktop Gold" to send a "Bug report" when it does NOT RESPOND?!!
There would be NO PROBLEM showing after it opens .
Today, with this one. I had to cancel and restart AOL about 5 times before it opened!! ... It remains locked up showing…

Menu keeps popping up
PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This menu box keeps popping up with every click of my mouse...
(Back, Forward, Refresh, Undo, Redo, Select All, Create Shortcut, View Source, Print, Print Preview, Add to Favorites, Properties, Pop Ups). It is popping up while I am typing this feedback. It is quite annoying. I have to click on another spot on the screen to make it go away and then I have to re-click to try to get to where I was going. I cannot download an email attachment or print an email to a PDF printer. I have reported this bug 3 times and no response.
Fix AOL Desktop Gold. I expect to get what I pay for. I have reported this bug 3 times and no response. This problem started within the last 2 weeks. I can go to AOL in a browser and then I can either download an attachment or print to a PDF printer. Why is it not working in AOL Desktop "Gold?" I have been using the same computer, with the same settings, with the same operating system, with the same network, with the same internet provider for at least 7 years. UPGRADES TO GOLD
MY MAIL, SAVED ON MY PC, WAS LOST WHEN YOU UPGRADED GOLD TODAY BUT IT HAD AN ERROR IN THE UPDATE AND WOULD NOT OPEN. MICROSOFT MESSAGE WAS THAT A FILE WAS MISSING SO I SHOULD UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL GOLD. I DID THAT AND GOLD NOW OPENS BUT EVERYTHING IS LOST EXCEPT MAIL NOT YET OPENED--THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN

AOL needs to stop pushing software on its customers. One just ruined my computer hard drive.
Years ago I had purchased Systems Mechanic, discovered it didn't live up to its performance and I canceled it. Then last year, AOL representative pushed hard for me to buy the new version, saying it would really help me keep my computer running well. Yesterday I had done a memory defrag that recommended several passes. Then right after I noted suddenly I could no longer transfer files from my C drive for a weekly back up session. I have a contract with HP Smartfriend and the tech support did an excellent job in trying to get my file transfer working…

I was trying to ignore someone in a AOL chat room and their name does not show up on the list so I can't ignore them.
Next time it happens, I will first try ending AOL session and trying again, and then after that I will try to reboot my computer to see if it works.
Note: this is random screen names, not one person, and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. A total random problem.

Has anyone else experienced unusual difficulty with AOL the last couple of days? Here's what's been going with my aol: 1) I take steps to save an email to a new folder. The email does not show anywhere in the new or old or deleted sections, but the new file folder with the saved email is not showing up in the saved area or anywhere else. 2) I wrote an email and clicked to send it.
