We are aware of this issue and we are working on solving it as soon as possible.
How can we improve? Joined BETA over 10 years ago because of so many problems hoping it would get better. Sadly, just keeps getting worse.

I, and others, have been suggesting problems that need to be fixed - yet none are being done ever since you've forced users onto the Gold Beta.

FIX THE BASICS AOL GOLD IS WORST PROGRAM I EVER USED. I BEEN USING COMPUTERS SINCE 1987.
1.) SAVE DRAFT SHOULD SAVE THE ORIGINAL DRAFT ONLY
"1 TIME" IT SAVES MULTIPLE COPIES.
2) COPY, PASTE, CUT, UNDO, SPELL CHECK WORKS ONLY 50% OF TIME.
3. BROWESER EDIT WORKS 50% OF TIME
4. IT TAKES 4-10 CLICKS FOR EMAIL TO OPEN SOMETIMES IT FREEZES.DOESNT OPEN AT ALL, OR WILL NOT SEND.
THESE ARE BASIC EMAIL FEATURES WE USE EVERY DAY. ARE WE HAVING A LANGUAGE BARRIER HERE, YOU ARE FIXING THINGS NORMAL PEOPLE USE ONCE A MONTH!!!1 vote

2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.

I have the wording for some emails I regularly send on MSWord.doc document files, where single line spacing is used. When I copy and paste to an AOL send email the line spacing becomes double. Can this be fixed please?2 votes
Copy/paste of an image stopped working. The previous copied text remains in the copy-buffer, and though a distinct COPY IMAGE is performed, the old copied text keeps being pasted.1 vote

While entering an Underscore as part of a file name in an email
(I.E. under_in-middle.pdf) the underscore did not show?! ... I copy/pasted that string elsewhere and it did display !!??
I tested many underscores on a blank line in the same email - and they ALL SHOWED!?!
ONLY in that one section where I could not get the underscore to show, even copy/paste of an underscore in another line to that one

When I use the "Insert a Text file" from the email drop-down,
ALL comes in without line-breaks and multiple blanks.
Basically all formatting is lost making the use of this function worthless.1 vote

Please try clearing the Footprints in the new AOL Desktop.
Here’s how: a. In the top left corner of the AOL Desktop window, click “Edit” then choose “Select Footprints to Clear” from the drop-down menu. b. Select “Clear Footprints” from the Browser Settings. No need to wait for a confirmation message, the Footprints will be cleared immediately.
If the issue persists please let us known what happens when you attempt to sign in and if you receive an error message.
maybe too many bells and whistles slowing down performance any way those non mandatory features or add ons can be removed? anyone else noticiing sluggish performance and hang ups???7 votes

Deleted emails go into trash for LESS THAN A SECOND AND IMMEDIATELY DISAPPEAR They do not last 7 days or 7 seconds..
REFRESH doesn't work, there are never any mails even after rebooting the system

Please delete an email from AOL Desktop Gold Beta, and if the email is not present in the Trash folder, go to mail.aol.com and sign in, and tell us if you can see that email in the Trash folder.

When using the Find in Top Window (A *VERY* useful tool!)
there is NO count of items found. When the searched for word is NOT in the top window, no indication is given (i.e. Not Found!) and when many are found, well same thing - no count..1 vote
