While writing an email, my font is "Segoe ,," yet it is not in the font list..

When I pasted other text into the email, it pasted in as my default "Comic Sans MS". There was no way to change it to match the "Segoe" font...

For several weeks now when I compose an email in my default Arial font and send it I receive a reply back to my email and the font has all been changed to Segoe font. Why is this happening now?

I use common Arial, have it changed to that, yet it keeps changing back to
    this Segoe and much smaller.

The email text editor is terrible, your cursor hops around all over the place. If I compose
an email and see an error or want to add something, if I click in that spot when I try to type the cursor just goes somewhere else.
