  1. add back the ability to easily switch between email accounts. your latest change means I can't access one of them on my phone.

    on 8/12, I could easily switch between my AOL email accounts. on 8/13, I'm now unable to get into anything other than the account that is earliest in the alphabet, which is not my main account. I need access to both accounts regularly

    Promotional Emails go in separate folder from Inbox like Gmail. It's extremely difficult to filter through adds and promotional items versus important emails. Gmail has that feature set up automatically.

  5. Stop placing ads randomly in between emails, with the same font, clearly designed to trick us into clicking on them. Deceptive advertising.

    Stop hiding ads in our emails to trick us into clicking on them. Now they're randomly placed with identical font. If I try to delete multiple emails, and mistakenly click on one, it takes me out of AOL. I will specifically avoid any company in these deceptive ads, and I'll let them know it's because of AOL's practices.

    Don't take down accounts that used to be on this device. I used them now and then as back ups to get access other accounts. now I can't get into either; I ha have to create two brand new accounts

    When using the AOL app on my Samsung A32, I am unable to see the body of emails sent to me by Amazon. I am told that I am offline and to try again.
    This is not an issue with amy other emails sent by anyone else or when using a browser.

  19. Bring back dark background! Those of us with eye issues really struggle with the bright white background especially if you have photopsia

    Black background with white lettering is so much easier to read when you have eye issues. it used to be available and was great and then of course just disappeared. There are tons of people out there with eye medical issues.
