Give me my folders! I either file an email or trash it when I'm done. You are only showing me about 50% of my folders!! I need all!
Give me access to all of my emails and folders exactly as they appear on aol.com

I suggest you LISTEN TO YOUR USERS. it's clear that you could care less what users want. Ask for feedback and then totally disregard it.

Fix your mark as unread problems
cannot mark an email as unread after replying to it have to chase it to Old mail and then Mark as unread and go back to new mail

I lost auto capitalization and spell check when writing emails. also cursor jumping to bottom when replying to emails. Paying AOL customer.
this is on Samsung Galaxy smartphone. spent an hour on phone with your tech. no help. been paying AOL customer since AOL began. told have to wait for another update for possible fix! not happy customer!!

Again! You modify or change how your app or website work with NO notice, NO tutorial, NO link, NO FAQ!
Respect your customers; ask for input before full implementation, provide notice and a link to test and / or find solutions to issues that may arise!

my AOL Mail takes two or three days to update I am missing out on important things. I think it's time to walk away

go directly to inbox for mail instead of the news feed
when the app opens I have to select the mail tab to get to my inbox. I'd like it to load the inbox first and make the news feed require an additional action.
