Please make the security settings on AOL mail compatible with other email systems so I can have all email on one app. This app is garbage.
Every time I try integrating my old Verizon email account onto the mail apps on my phone, it says the security certificate cannot be accepted. I know you want people to get the app, but having a separate app taking up space just for one separate email account is just ridiculous.
On top of that, opening the AOL app takes you not to your inbox, but the news page, and there seems to be no way to fix this -- news articles that are usually just 99% twitter feed imports and are full of misspellings, inaccuracies, and unrelated videos. If… -
The fact that you cannot sort mail by originator requires manually deletion-old tech vs. wholesale deletions by originator- high speed use!

Be willing/able to help with email difficulties; someone who doesn't write you off when you need extra instruction. We're not all tech-savvy
Couldn't get emails to open up. Agent gave detailed instructions which I didn't understand. I asked for further explanations, was told he wasn't able to help me any further.

When in views other than "All Email" give the "Select All" option instead of selecting each one manually.
Today only in the main mailbox is the "Select All" option available. This should be an easy code fix to allow for any type of view in the dropdown selection. I thought it was previously was available but went away with one of the updates so maybe it's just a bug that can be fixed. If the rules are there in your code, run a test and see where it's failing.
