  6. I agree go back to old format! Why are many of my folders missing? I'm forced to use Samsung's email format just to see them.30+years user

    Can't see all my folders, can't do a surch (no surch function, only when move function does it show up) very frustrating and force me to use a 3rd party app to deal with and/or find my emails. get your head out of your *** and fix this thing!!!!! I'm a 30+ year user this is the worst version of AOL ever!!!

  9. Fix the phone app. Moving messages from Trash to New makes them disappear forever. Works OK on the computer, so that's where I have to do it

  11. Names not showing on compose mail when selected multiple times

    Unable to see email address, so I kept selecting contact name. The name only showed once in the message. After sending, I noticed it was sent to the same contact multiple times.

    Name should show more than once in compose or only sent once to contact to match what it shows.

    I wouldn't have had this problem if I saw an email address when adding contact to message instead of name.

  12. change view contact info link and show e-mail instead of name

    App must have changed - when clicking contact address on mail being composed, it used to go to contact details. Now clicking contact details goes to the news page.

    There really needs to be an option to show email addresses instead of names. I was checking to make sure it was the right address for my contact that I selected. I used to be able to double check clicking contact details but it went to a different page. It would be much easier to see addresses.

  13. Hard to search for certain older emails. Also they disappear accidentally too quickly. Contact addresses not quickly intuitive.

  14. get rid of the moronic ads that require a user to turn the phone off in order to reopen email messages. This app has become nearly unusable.

  19. Fix it, i can't send attachments to my clients or to my other email address, nothing will go through

  20. No confidence anything will be done or that I will even receive a response. Loss of file visibility v. annoying; limited feedback space.
