  3. I'm moving my current mail to Gmail. They provide the mail service without ads and no monthly fees. You will lose more cutomers

  4. replace DESKTOP GOLD with a version that does not change the format of emails. Older versions didn't do this; future ones shouldn't, either.

  8. How can I see multiple folders? I want to keep some emails but not all in my inbox?

  9. It is so hard to sign on now. I can't believe you have to have these codes and texted to you, verify, i've been using aol for 33 yrs

    It is so hard to get AO. L to remember my user password almost every time it wants me to verify my email or my backup email. Phone number wants to send me a code. It doesn't remember the devices.

  10. Eliminate the link AOL for Android from mail from my phone. it has no meaning for me or my friends. they can see AOL in my email address

  12. Upload all new messages as inbox is opened.

    When I open AOL inbox each morning not all emails are there. If I close the AOL app and reopen or delete any messages, more new messages will populate.

  17. Stop adding even more annoying ads. First it's the top banner, 2nd, the one inside the email listing. Now a third banner one. Awful
