  1. AOL e-mail became too complicated using Outlook or Thunderbird. So I use a different main Provider and don't even delete old mails in AOL.

    Since the Security requirements avoided using AOL with Microsoft Outlook some years ago, I have another favourite provider. I always tidyed up my account using Outlook, so I don't delete old advertisement mails any more. Other Providers make it easier to use Outlook or Thunderbird.

  3. Why are deleted emails on my android AOL (Google Pixel 7 Pro) not deleted on my windows 11 AOL App?... It's is vey annoying!

  8. I like the old AOL it was very clear where is the sent button? you have to push 1800 100 things and then you finally finally find it

    I like the old look and feel of AOL this is way too hard to find things.... like they sent button and what does starred even mean?

  15. I agree with so many others. the previous format worked better. auto removing read email is awful. let user move it or delete.

    so many elements of the old format were far more functional. one nice addition would be the ability to add subfolders to folders for saved messages. auto removal of read messages is very inconvenient

  18. Aol App is so messed up now. Deleted mail goes into new mail count, then show s up days later in Trash. Now my new mail has disappeared!
