  2. unwanted e mail senders which refuse to allow opt out feature. also many senders are click bait operators or have invalid scam addresses

    allow subscribers to remove click bait and scam operators. my daily box is flooded and I can't remove those from future sendings.

  3. your app keeps me awake at night. I don't want to block your notices. You should add a choice of time periods that silence notices at night

    add a timer to stop your app from waking people when they're trying to sleep.

    I like both on the same page. If I'm dealing with only new mail I WILL forget to deal with messages I looked at yesterday and couldn't deal with them right away.

    why don't you fix it. why are you going to ask if you're doing nothing about it? it's abusive to make someone continuously delete the same emails.

  15. make a few adjustments to the new app. Although I am grateful for aol, it is not user friendly right now-especially for this 76 year old!

    I had to Google "how to write an email on android with new aol app".
    I also don't like the new additions like "shopping", etc
