In most cases, this problem is caused by the incoming mail filters on your account. To verify your incoming mail filters, please go to mail.aol.com using a desktop computer, and click on Options on the top right, then Mail Settings, and finally Filter Settings on the left side of the page.
On the Filter Settings page, review the filters that are set up to move your incoming emails to the trash folder, then edit or delete them, in order to receive your emails in your Inbox.

Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it's because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly. If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.

Outgoing email sometimes gets "stuck" in outbox when using my phone or tablet. Fix it!
Fix the problem of outgoing email getting stuck in outbox on phones and tablets.
The Outbox is a temporary folder that holds your outgoing emails if there are any issues sending the message until they can be sent. Delete the email or try to fix the issue causing the email not to be send.
This happens if you have a weak or no internet connection, or your device settings are blocking AOL Mail from accessing the internet.
- Test your web browser to see if you have internet access.
- If you do, check your device's help site for info on unblocking an app's internet access.

Hi there. Sorry to hear that! If you've started to receive an endless flow of junk email, you may be the victim of spam bombing.
This is a tactic used by bad actors and hackers to distract you from seeing emails that really are important to you. This can also be an indication that another login account has been compromised.

All of the emails that were previously saved in individual folders, are now only appearing in the Trash folder. What?!
All of my Saved emails that were in individual folders, have inexplicably been moved to the Trash folder.

my AOL app stopped allowing me to mark an email unread. This started to happen about a week ago.
The android app was working fine but then quit allowing me to mark emails unread. Deleted app and reloaded it no help.

Half of my folders are missing on the app. I'm ready to delete it if this can't be resolved!!
Since the upgrade, I've lost folders on the app. I have to access my account in my browser. If this can't be resolved, I'm deleting the app.

I keep getting emails from ******@aol.com. I have blocked him many times. Now he sends emails to a different recipient and cc's email to me.
***@aol.com is stalking my Gmail email acct. After I blocked him, he still gets thru to my email by sending to himself at *@aol.com, and CC ING to me from another email acct of *'s. please reach out to him to stop stalking me and my acct. I know you have the power. Please help. please don't publish my email acct.
