Always a problem with emails transferring between folders. It says its moved but then it doesn't show up!
Just want your email to function properly! i always have trouble with moving emails between folders. It's annoying because I feel like I lose/forget messages. It says it's been moved from my new mail/inbox to a folder I created, but it doesn't show up there. it's been overnight..

Please autoset white color for'the letters in the mails when using the dark mode....
On most.of the.email.the letters are still in black so when you use the dark mode the email are unreadable. You need either to autoset white color for letters or allow the mail to remain with a white background.

This latest update sucks. Deleting a notification no longer works. And even when I go into the app to delete an email, it reappears.
Also why is old mail all gone?

Your applock locked me out even though I inputted the correct pass over 7 times. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it, now I'm afraid to use it
In more detail? wth I just did. So a day before I had to reset my phone to factory default. Before the reset, the AOL Applock worked fine, then it didn't accept my device password and that's the reason I wrote today at 2 in the morning. Get it together guys your apps got amnesia. fix it.

If you are not receiving messages or you notice your emails are going to Trash you may want to check your filters. Check out https://help.aol.com/articles/use-filters-to-sort-and-organize-messages-in-aol-mail for info on how to check your filters. If you did not set any present filters, you may want to secure your account.

Deleting messages in the app does not delete them from the inbox when I log into AOL on the computer! What's wrong with this?
Make sure that if a message gets deleted through the app it also gets deleted in the desktop version!!

Restore & Provide IMAP password to allow Verizon.net customers to access Email in 3rd Email such as Outlook. This is URGENT. Thank you.
Until apprx 6/16/24, Verizon.net Email was received in 3rd party Email such as Outlook. IMAP settings are needed to allow incoming & outgoing email to be received & sent in Outlook. An update for requiring 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) was implemented around this time. A new Verizon/AOL IMAP password may need to be entered to restore Outlook Email for Verizon.Net Email addresses. Please advise. Thank you for your help; this is an urgent need.

Not finding deleted emails in the trash, could have just deleted it and decide I actually need the email and it has disappeared permanently

Hi there. You can edit or remove your signature in the app, by tapping on your profile icon, then on Settings, scroll the list of settings until you see ''Signatures'' and tap on that.

your phone service is awful. I kept being asked for the first three letters of my email address and your robot kept saying it didn't get it. one person hung up on me.
