    Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    We did send an email that we’re updating our authentication policies around third-party email access to better protect your email account. You may need to update your account settings in third-party programs to use a more secure approach. By default, we block access to your email account if you are using outdated apps that could leave your account vulnerable. If we sent you an email indicating that your app is using outdated security protocols or you’re unable to log in from an older app, you still have several options available to you.     I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

  13. fix your email first instead of launching apps and **** . No issue with email until your mail was no longer supported by third party service

    stopping third party support for an app that is garbage makes me want to delete my aol accounts permanently

    Hi there. You can access and edit contacts in the app. To do this, please tap on the 3 dots (More) menu, tap Contacts. To add a new contact, please tap on the ''+'' icon. To edit one, tap on it then tap the 3 dots menu to edit, share, copy to clipboard or delete contact.

    Please follow the steps below: From the phone’s Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen > Go to Settings > Display > Tap Screen zoom > There slide the blue bar to the left > Go back to Display Screen > Font size and style > Slide the blue bar to the left.
