    Not given enough time to update by Verizon. Then lost access to my emails. n
    Numerous calls to Aol to fix problem. Still not resolved. waiting for a up date.

  8. New email format on my chromebook is beyond HORRIBLE! Does not function click to open message and it opens the one below! WTF!!!

    I woke up this morning to a totally inoperable email system on my chromebook. Format is an abomination, font too small -- but that is the least of it. When I click on any email the one below it opens! When in the WRONG, UNREQUESTED email I can't even read it as I am unable to scroll down to see it in fully. My entire email has basically been obliterated by whatever changes you have made in your system. NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY CHROMEBOOK AS EVERYTHING AND EVERYWHERE ELSE THINGS ARE WORKING FINE!   9. last update made All my 'screen name's disappear!!

    Omg the last, most recent upgrade made All my 'screen name's/email addresses disappear! I've had AOL since it came out Several decades ago yet it hard to recall if I had #s after each email address etc. I wrote to the developers for help only to get an email saying that address is no longer exists!! Ohh I'm at such a loss what to do but I need them back!!
