My entire system has been hijacked. It does not function correctly. Your staff has been unable, so far, to correct my account.
Account hacked - sends all reply emails to same user ID but uses Gmail or hot mail, vice aol.

new mail settings on aol mail..create new folder is not working.. won't show pop up of keyboard to type in new folder name. go back to old
allow keyboard to create new folder on aol mail only .. can't type in name..

why does my saved articles keep getting deleted? I saved them for a reason
Everytime I save an article, and go back to my saved section, it says no saved articles; I saved them for a reason. I've tried googling it but that's no help. I just wanna know how to fix this. I have the aol mail app on my phone for android. Used to have to delete them yourself, now AOL does it for you. smh 🤦♀️

Go back to the previous version, too many problems with this one & the font is too small. You didn't test this update enough. STOP CHANGING

I always liked the ability to have group messages. with the new format, I have lost some of my groups. I don't like the new format.

using AOL app, I'm unable to move emails from trash to new mail.
the email in trash will sometimes go into old mail. then u can move it to new mail. I want to go directly from trash to new mail.

Every time I go to check my email. The main one on the top is never emptied. It says there are no more bed emails but there is still a numbe
