  1. this is not an idea. I want to know if you know why emails from Facebook & Norton arrive in my inbox in French? Facebook does not respond.

    when I open them they are in English. No friends or others can help. I have looked all over and it says English. Can you help? Thank you, Joan Gordon

  3. go back to the old format. I HATE the way my emails disappear when I want to save them. They should remain in "new mail" until I decide t

    Why was my note above cut off before I finished it?? Why do my emails move around without my consent? You must have a real idiot working for you (or, perhaps, a son of the owner that you HAVE to keep on the job?), or these crazy changes would not have come about.

  11. Get rid of the name AOL. Spend some $ and hire design engineers who can create basic functionality such as pasting a photo into a message

  15. Opion to choose what news we see or remove news all together

    let people choose what news they wish to see on their feeds. if someone does not want fox news they can click a buttun to stop fox news from showing up in feed.
    or maybe it CNN news.
    Let us choose please.
    some poeple find it offensive to open up the app and be slamed in the face with news from channels they dont want to see.

  18. PLEASE got back to the old email format. It was very user friendly. At least allow us a choice of we want the new one. It is awful!
