I find my aol addresses are not always recognised and I have to use a Gmail one instead. Can you explain and investigate please?
Some platforms don't accept that AOL email addresses are valid - I have had to set up a Gmail address to use on these occasions which is a nuisance. Can you investigate why this is and correct it please?

I used to be able to delete emails in blocks by sender name or date. AOL no longer allows this ability. Please fix.

when opening an email using search, sometimes the email doesnt open correctly (it opens the same email whatever mail is selected)
for example, customer searched "mlf", if he opened the first result dated 8/13/2021
if he open it, it will open the message from 8/9/2021 and all other emails he open will open the same email from 8/9/2021
we tried using different keywords but its the same,
it seems that it only happens when customer using search bec we tried opening his email from the actual folder and its opening correctly
tried force quitting the app… -

PLEASE enable Google Authenticator f2a for email! I was recently a simswap victim and had my email hacked because the only 2fa was via text!
Having Google Authenticator as an option for 2fa security would prevent hackers to get into someones email, as they would need the code from the email owner's physical device. it's a heightened security measure that we need today, seeing as how the current security protocol (2fa texts or email) is easily hacked.
