App bug
I am trying to sign into my app. Every time I get past sign in I get stuck at a blue scroll loading wheel. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and switching the internet/cellular im connected to. Please help fix the app for this issue

You took away my ability to call up a blank email page to write someone!
No longer is there an icon (pencil) on my email account which allows me to summon a blank email page to write someone. Nor have you provided an alternate method of writing someone. I can receive emails, but not write them! Bring back the old format.

stop blocking my incoming emails
Emails from people I have communicated with many times are now being bounced. Rubbish. No idea why.

the emails are syncing but I'm not seeing them.
I see on my screen lock screen that AOL is syncing my emails but when I open app I don't see my emails??? why??? makes no sense.

It is so hard to sign on now. I can't believe you have to have these codes and texted to you, verify, i've been using aol for 33 yrs
It is so hard to get AO. L to remember my user password almost every time it wants me to verify my email or my backup email. Phone number wants to send me a code. It doesn't remember the devices.

no way to. logout on AOL menu. I don't want to stay log in after leaving AOL

for some reason this app occasionally skips days of emails. I have emails from today and then none until 3 days ago.

unable to sign in to the account using the aol app due to it asking for a passkey.

I have lost my sub folders in email. Now I need to go thru convoluted steps to find them and I have lost my ability to easily organize email
simply undo the update so email reverts back and I can file my emails where I want
