Sometimes I got email and it disappeares. And i can not find it, it is not in spam, trash, anywhere
Sometimes i got email. I am replying. And switch to another apps. After i return to AOL i can not find my email. Not in inbox, not in archive, not in spam, not in trash....completely dissapeared. I have to write that person again. I am using around 10 years of aol email. And it started this year to glitch like this. It is second email that got lost like this this year. It is also nowhere on the server when i login through the browser. Does anybody has this weird stuff happening to them too or am I the only…

It's disturbing that AOL is holding my email account ******* and that I have to pay a ransom just to get help. What a sad, sad situation...
I have to pay money to get any type of help with my email account that I've had for thirty years. Shame on you you people and AOL in general. I would not recommend AOL to anyone I know.

Die App hängt bei jedem Versuch sie zu schließen, Handy samsung ist neu ,alle Updates sind aktuell. Eine der am schlechtesten funktionierenden Apps. Hätte ich AOL nicht schon seid knapp 20 Jahren würde sie direkt gelöscht werden! Voll mit Werbe-MÜLL und nervigen News die ich nicht sehen will!!!!!

update the firmware or software. If I delete or save emails from my phone, the desktop version them back as new. AOL wanted $25 to check.
the phone and desktop are not synced. if I go to my phone settings, apps, AOL, force stop, then open AOL back it, the emails will be synced. when calling AOL last year to explain, they wanted $25 just to start a ticket to investigate.

your spam filter system needs overhauled, problematic adding my other 2 providers, and remove MFA for verizon. net.
your MFA requirement, added to unclear instructions re pop3/imap server names and ports and the ensuing implications of IMAPvsPOP, does it want the verizon. net password, yahoo password, the AOL password in each slot? is username ** or **@verizon.net? is the server pop.aol.com 965 or pop.yahoo. verizon.net? am i forced to use imap? how do i incorporate my 3 emails into an intuitive mail program like i use at work (outlook365) on my windows 11 pc AND my android outlook software rather than the proprietary windows/android mail program?

please stop putting emails back you have deleted already. Happens every day. You go down to 0 emails. didn't they come back ridiculous absur
stop the repetitive emails. for us senior citizens it's absolutely ridiculous and annoying and stress causing. 30 years ago your format was much better. people suggested this to you 2 years ago and you've never done anything about it please do it now. thank you

Fix the failure to synch the app email with Internet accessed email. (Only starring synchs). Frankly, either fix or retire the AOL app.
