    Hi there. Please make sure you have the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later. Additionally, if you do have this version, please check to have the latest keyboard 5.6.10.25. Settings>General management>Keyboard list and default>Samsung Keyboard>About Samsung Keyboard (bottom of page)>Update.

  6. Fix auto-rotate. This only works in portrait mode.

  7. Enable screen rotation within the AOL app for Android

    Although auto-rotate is enabled in all of our Android devices (Samsung tablets and phones running Android 7 through 13), the AOL app will not rotate. This is a problem because many emails (like some from Amazon) display as long lines of too-small-to-read text. Please fix this to enable rotation.

  8. GROUP TOGETHER NOTIFICATIONS

    Recently, the app has been sending separate notifications for each email so it really clutters my screen and notification panel.

    The app used to group all new emails into one notification icon. How do I get that back?

  11. Please make your spam filter adjustable!

    Your spam filter marks lots of mails as false positives. I can't understand why replies to mails, that I sent in the first place, are considered spam. Due to this strange behavior I missed lots of emails already until I found out that they were moved to the spam folder...

    I would highly appreciate it if you could make the spam filter adjustable:
    1. Add settings to make the filter strict or less strict
    2. Allow the user to disable the spam filter

  12. allow email to be 'home page' not "news"

    allow me to set my email as my home page in your app. I will check the news when I want to check the news but, you are first and foremost an email service provider, so please provide the service we 'employ' you to provide and relegate the actions you get back handers for to voluntary use.

  14. why does this app upload sound tones to my phone? I don't want them and that extra junk on my phone system. how can this be stopped?

  17. Allow different sound notifications for messages(customers that have google chrome). I will be canceling my AOL account due to this issue!

    due to the fact, I have google chrome. Your representative stated that I am unable to change or have a different notification sound. I have 2 different email accounts, which both have the same notification sound when I receive email. Therefore, I must check both emails, which is very time consuming. Since my AOL account has been hacked so many times, due to SLACK security(in the past). I will be deleting my AOL account, as soon as I completely notify all my creditors of the change.   20. fix the program so that when I turn phon sideways I get a long view and able to read a full sentence without scrolling side to side. I think
