  5. To email multiple people it would be very nice to pull up a list of my contacts and select the ones I want instead of doing it one by one.

    I would like to be able to pull up a contact list and check the ones to send it to instead having to send or forward one at a time. I know I can search for and add recipients by entering a few letters of their name. To do that, I have to remember who's on my list.

  6. AOL constantly deletes email addresses in my address book, and also replicates some umpteen times. Program is very unstable.

    Stop replicating email addresses from groups.

  8. Bugs for marking emails un read. Often have to let the go into read and then remarks them. a real pain. preferred the system without AOL app

  9. This new format sucks big time. I don't like the lack of folders like "old mail." On my computer I was able to go back to "classic" mail.

  12. total failure. go back to what it was. this is not an improvement. sound from different email interrupts what I am trying to hear or read. t

    trash at bottom gets bumped by my hand. put it back at TOP OF THE DARN SCREEN.
