  1. FIX the email cashe which doesn't work now!

    since you updated again, my email cashe doesn't work. I have to turn my phone off and on to clear it. please fix it

  2. often I only get email for the past 5 to8 hours and the jump to the day before. if i search for something sent during that time, I can find

    I am often missing emails listed for review. it will skip from 5 hrs ago to 1 day ago. if I look on my computer there may be 10 or 20 emails listed during that time. if I search for a specific email during that time I can find it. but I can't rely on seeing all my emails from my phone..

  3. why does my saved articles keep getting deleted? I saved them for a reason

    Everytime I save an article, and go back to my saved section, it says no saved articles; I saved them for a reason. I've tried googling it but that's no help. I just wanna know how to fix this. I have the aol mail app on my phone for android. Used to have to delete them yourself, now AOL does it for you. smh 🤦‍♀️

  8. tell me how to change the name of the sender when I write an email. The sender name is not mine.

    When I write an email, the sender name comes up as someone else. In order to use the correct sender name, I have to delete the one that comes up automatically and replace it with my own.

  11. Cursor glitch on AOL

    1) Whenever I start composing a brand new message on the AOL Mail app for iOS, or on AOL Mail Safari-mobile-version (on iPhone), then once my typing reaches the middle of the third line then the system will bounce the cursor to the first line.
    2) On the AOL safari version for MAC-PC I am experiencing another cursor glitch as well. If I am composing a new message, or replying to an existing one, and I paste one or more paragraphs from somewhere else then the system won't let me edit it! Since every time I will try typing anywhere…

  12. Fix email!!

    Every time I try to respond to emails or to write an email, my cursor jumps to the bottom of the email quite often. I can't attach photos, documents or videos. but the most frustrating part is that I can't write a simple 5 line email in less than a 1/2 hour due to the jumping of the cursor. This is very ******* my business and personal emails and I may have to stop using AOL even though I've been with AOL since 1997.
