  2. I understand why you need to push people to upgrade. it is all about revenue but this is extremely annoying.

    If you want to annoy your prospective customers, keep annoying them for every email they open, otherwise, change it to once or twice a day. Perhaps then, I will eventually consider. Nagging does not help!

  4. I seem to have an email blocked that should not be. Make it easier to find a list of blocked emails so you can correct it.

    Have an option to unblock emails that may have been blocked.

  9. Stop ripping off your subscribers charging them for membership. Also nearly impossible to reach and he wanted to beat anyone ever

  16. return to the old format for look and feel of email.

    Ads in the beginning I can deal with, but in the middle of my email is unacceptable. Also, I keep getting what looks like a legitimate email from UPS for Lowe's, Ace Hardware and a few others saying that my package is on the way. I keep sending these to Spam which usually stopped the flow in the past but not anymore.
