Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    cache is empty. news stories go to adverts when you are reading then won't load the story

    i switch from 2 different emails. it just locks znd later on says not tesponding..really irritating

    I bought a new Samsung Galaxy tablet because my old tablet was not able to run your updated version of the AOL app. Now on this new tablet it keeps freezing up, especially when reading the news.

    I downloaded the AOL app to a new phone. It worked fine until... On Wednesday night 8/28, as is my custom, I shut my phone off. When I awoke Thursday morning and turned it on to my surprise the AOL app didn't work. I got a message that it stopped working. Several other apps also had the same message, among them iheartradio. Upon going back to the Verizon store where the phone was purchased I was informed that it was a problem with the AOL server not syncing. What's going on?
