sometimes I don't get my email until the next day and emails that I've always gotten are ending up in my spam box. this is not good for me.

aol is automatically blocking all email communications from bankofamerica.com which I have no way of unblocking. I complained to aol support about this and they have not resolve this issue. I am paying for aol and it is frustrating and ridiculous I have to use different email provider to receive email notifications from bankofamerica.com. Aol should be researching into fixing this with Bank of America.

for over a week now a group of people I regularly email are being designated spam even when they are responding to an email I have sent them. I designate them as not spam but subsequent emails end up in spam. these are on my list of approved email addresses. please stop this from happening.
