How can we improve the AOL App?

May I ask why I receive continuous Ads when using my (payed) AOL Mail account? Yes I suggest you send Ads elsewhere and not to my email.

We’re really sorry to hear your displeasure with the advertising on the AOL App. In order for AOL to offer things like web content and products, we need to sell advertising just like any newspaper, magazine or television station would.

But we certainly don’t want to get to a point where we start to lose our valued audience, so your feedback is greatly valued.

    every time I open my mail I get at least one automatic pop up ad. there are plenty of ads everywhere else on aol. I don't want them in my mail.

    I am suddenly getting ads at the top of my emails- ie I get an email from Amazon and when I open it, there is an ad for Amazon at the top of the email that I have to scroll thru to see the email.

    your unsolicited advertising is the same as ROBO calls but I cannot block them. I guess after. thirty some years of AOL I am going to have to cancel and got to Gmail or Hotmai

    suggest plain simple email no spam or multiple ads popping up.

    If there is not a way to opt out of ads I will remove the app from my phone.
