How can we improve the AOL App?

I want the option of the old email format. Stop changing things. The reason I've stayed with AOL is because I want what I'm used to.

    You know the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it"! This new format is terrible! It does not allow you to select a message and send it immediately to another file. it's awful !

    Go back to the old format. this one is ****. it doesn't alphabetise my folders and when I want to check my mail it goes through news first! not acceptable.

    I was happy with the old format and I do not want the new format and I will be changing if it stays as it is now.

    Agreed. Whoever decided to use the new format obviously never tried it out.

    At a minimum, allow users to choose the old format, and the next time you decide to change things, give us a warning and the option to change back to the 2020 format.
