    even paying for aol doesn't help. we have same problems

    whoever came up with this new program isn't very smart. go back to old version. mail is so bad. screen jumps too much and mail is so slow

    I want o go back to my old AOL. I`ve lost my Favorites and other important features . AOL supoort has not responded.

    I forward e mails I sent and I lose my original email.Whats up with that? I don't retain a copy in my sent folder when I forward emails.

    Cannot reply without the screen jumping around - please fix this. Also there is a very long delay...as in days after opening "new" email for the email to populate to "old" mailbox - please this too.

    what is going on with email. I see you have many complaints. I may have to change providers if it's not corrected. I find it impossible to use.

    I guess we get what we pay for. AOL is Free....so take it for what it's worth....sucks

    Having huge issues replying to emails on my mobile. Very frustrating and needs fixing as it's made it impossible to compose emails!

    go back to the old version! this one failed. I don't like it and it doesn't work. I pay for my AOL. send me info on how to get the old version back!

    I have the same problem of not being able to reply to email on my phone. AOL email replies work normally on my laptop. hiw do I go back to older AOL Email version on my phone?
