  3. I have been an AOL customer from the beginning, like for 30 years. This platform has become nothing more than a continuous "commercial".

    Sick of opening it and deleting what can be hundreds of items.
    Sick of it. Thinking about dropping out.

  11. let me type in an email address without demanding access to my phone contacts. no. also, deleted emails should delete, not reappear.

    when i need to send an email to a new address, aol does not need access to my phone contacts. I'm typing an address from the web. it is not in my contacts!

  12. needs voice recording of emails. you are behind the times. and allow one to shutoff auto completing of words it is wrong most of the time

  16. I understand why you need to push people to upgrade. it is all about revenue but this is extremely annoying.

    If you want to annoy your prospective customers, keep annoying them for every email they open, otherwise, change it to once or twice a day. Perhaps then, I will eventually consider. Nagging does not help!

  18. The app is not allowing me to minimize the subfolders. I tried to uninstall the app and also delete the cache, still not working.

    When I press on the arrow pointing up to minimize the subfolders, nothing happens, this used to be working up until today.
