Please fix problem downloading attachments on Kindle Fire HD
Attachments no longer download on Kindle Fire HD using latest AOL mail app. Always says "we have encountered a snag, please try again later". This used to work fine. Tried rebooting as well as reinstalling the AOL app and still have the same issue. Help please., Xx,,,

Attachments not working properly
Can not open attachments, when clicking on them i get a blank page

Please improve the load times for displaying new messages.
When going into app email, it just clocks. Sometimes have to go to Old Mail to get New Mail to open. When New messages finally render and select a message, it just clocks. Happens on iPad and not Android mobile. Occurs frequently.

We need a "mark as unread" option within each individual email.
We need a "mark as unread" option within each individual email. (A "mark as read" option inside the email is redundant, since the email was opened.)

Fix the SPAM feature in your email
You fixed this issue in the 90's and suddenly decided to break it again. If I receive an email that I know is SPAM we need the ability to mark it as SPAM without opening the email! Your last feature of swiping on it slowly and marking it as SPAM worked great. Please reactivate that feature. Without it you are exposing us all to a potential virus.

change the default reply to sender only and not reply all when more than one addressee is in the chain. Force reply all to be a choice.

AOL app does not sync to AOL Desktop Gold. Mail deleted in app does not delete in AOL Gold Desktop.

when I open an old saved email I've put in a folder a newer email opens in its place. That same newer email replaced several saved emails

have an option to choose what type of news you want ex. liberal or conservative or 50/50. like you had or have the teen type homescreen
