  2. app screen goes black 3 times a week with no resolve except to restart phone.,thankyou for the good work you do,its appreciated.

    wish I had an idea that would help,but Im not the technician.Yes yhe old app worked well.Could we possible go back to it.thanks.

  4. Fix email!!

    Every time I try to respond to emails or to write an email, my cursor jumps to the bottom of the email quite often. I can't attach photos, documents or videos. but the most frustrating part is that I can't write a simple 5 line email in less than a 1/2 hour due to the jumping of the cursor. This is very ******* my business and personal emails and I may have to stop using AOL even though I've been with AOL since 1997.

  5. it is incredibly annoying to reply to an email now with this app on my phone. The cursor jumps to the bottom of the entire thread! nightmare

    while scrolling back up to my reply, usually the cursor gets misplaced again, and I have to reinsert it when I find my place, and have to do that quickly so that the entire email thred doesn't shoot up off the top of my screen. E
    diting and corrections, heck, even seeing what you are typing, is nearly impossible, since the cursor is always at the very top edge of the screen, you can't see what you just typed, and if you pause to think about it, the cursor jumps to the bottom of the thread again, you are presented…

  14. can't delete email after you read them have to click out of apps and go back to AOL in order to delete messages and trash!! very annoying

    failure to be able to delete email after it has been read also the trash won't delete you have to click out of all apps and then go back and delete trash and email that has been read won't transfer to another folder also very annoying!! want old AOL back!! or fix this one

  16. I want the emails i dont delete to stay in my inbox in the order they were received without any being hidden

    instead of being in sequential order my inbox cuts off and starts a list of other emails under tabs "last week" and "older" and doing so it hides other unread emails (like earlier in the month) sometimes i need to go back for info/ links and i cant because they get hidden. I cant figure out how to find them. sometimes they are important. this is extremely frustrating.

  18. tell me how to change the name of the sender when I write an email. The sender name is not mine.

    When I write an email, the sender name comes up as someone else. In order to use the correct sender name, I have to delete the one that comes up automatically and replace it with my own.

  19. I keep "losing" emails when I move them from "new emails" to any other files. why is this all of a sudden happening?

    I have tried moving emails from "new" to saved or any other file and they just go missing completely.
