reestablish yr email tech support, esp. for nonAOL Gold users, since most such work can be done from home. Your on line articles dont help.
I have the free version of aol. it has worked great for the entire time. But now I have an issue and i havent found the answer to the problem. i cannot even email tech support ("due to covid") a basic service that might have helped. Just sayin'...

I've been a member of AOL since 2004, with absolutely no problems. I'm sorry to say, but your mobile app is the most user unfriendly email app out there. The message opens to the right, and mostly you cant read it, the font is so small. Even when you use the very clunky 5 setting enlarge icon, it's still too small to read properly. Whhen you press the far right full screen icon it takes between 1 and 2 minutes to enlarge to the optimum size.
Please bring this app into tbe the 21st century.Many thanks, H. Butler

From reading an email, let me open a link in an incognito window with a long press. Lack of that functionality causes me to use other apps.
This isn't hard.
Just try to be good at your job, instead of merely passable. -
why is it every time nerds change things it's just more difficult for normal people to use it or understand it? AOL mail was just fine!
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Stop interrupting every 4.5 seconds with a new "headline" about which I don't care, and unreadable me to view my email.
This app is worthless. 5 minutes and still not allowed document email because of the constant interruptions sightlines preceded by an annoying alert sound. And not one item was of any importance of interest.
