Much prefer the old format... especially the dates. Newer isn't always better. Perhaps focus on security rather than overhauling the format.
Newer isn't always better. Don't try to emulate GMail... if we wanted Google, we'd be using GMail.

I hate, hate, hate this new format!! why did you change?? I can see only 1/2 page of emails, and I hate having to scroll down to read email!

Please fix glitch where email replies are not returning to original sender. They are no where to be found.
Fix why replies to emails are not arriving to original sender. Replies are not found in spam and sent mail not appearing in sent mail folder. Stop updating. Mail is no longer working as it had in the past.

Change how the Reply to works
Broken reply, when I try to reply to a sender, it goes to the bottom. I try to go back to the top, it won't stay there. it's unbelievably frustrating.

keep servers up to date better, I wake up each day to find emails a day old waiting to be read when I checked my emails before I went to bed
system needs better refresh rate/delivery time

be able to fully block spam.and scams or bounce back,also work with authorities to catch and fine or prison,or remove a finger or 2.

Make all of the folders I see and use on my PC available on the AOL app.
I've tried every fix imaginable and I'm still missing folders when using the AOL Android app. It's exceedingly frustrating. It also seems to be a common complaint.
C'mon AOL, this ain't rocket science. Just FIX IT. Please. -

How do I access my mail folders? Used to be easy. Now ... ????? How about showing them for easy access? Too complicated for you???
