  12. go back to a version that allows me to see new emails in the "new mail" folder and not in the "trash" folder. why does this happen?

    Try as I may my mail won't go back to arriving into the new mail folder. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING!!!!! AND use terminology that a person who isn't technically efficient in computer science can understand. thanks...

  20. when deleting new emails, they disappear from the new email folder but never get to trash. have to force stop app and the open back to move
