    I am not receiving any notifications for incoming mail on the mail app on my iPhone. It is working on my iPad.

  2. Overheating on iOS

    When using the aol app it overheats my phone after a few minutes. This is when I’m just reading/writing emails. I don’t know why this happens because it never used to. My phone gets extremely hot and the app crashes.

  6. Add Classic “You’ve got mail” notification sound.

    You would think this would be a no brainer, but the AOL mail app should have the classic you’ve got mail voice dialog for notification sound.

  8. Allow folders to be moved

    I had to rearrange my folders to be more organized. Long pressing any folder only allowed for renaming, creating a sub folder, or deleting. It was quite cumbersome to have to create new folders with the same name and move the contents of the old folder into the new one. Long pressing and gaining the ability to drag and drop into parent folders would be a massive improvement

  9. Just installed ISO 18.1 on my Ipad, I can view my email but freezes when trying to return to home screen.

    Seems like a bug not addressed with 18.1 update. Update app. to work as previously intended.

  10. Bug: Dark Mode not supported when composing mail

    When replying to a message or composing a new one, the Dark Mode setting is not supported, and a bright white screen is used for writing an email.

  13. Can not login verification webpage disappearing

    Tried to log into my accounts and every time the verification webpage is disappearing when I come back to the webpage to put the verification code on to it so I think I won’t be using your email app ever again and just a note your mail application SUCKS a BIG ONE!!! And you have a horrible support service.

  14. Dislike the program change too much for just letter and color concern

    Before new update about maybe month ago or more and I like the way it was before. Because I look into mail letter to read then I close it then later reopen the app suddenly it went back to home page itself. It’ll lose my mailbox letter and then have too find the same letter a usual. I like the same situation like it was before and even the Yellow icon not good either too.   16. Sending myself an email

    Dear AOL, on your new yellow AOL App, now when I send myself an email, and I delete the one in “Sent” but I keep the one in “Inbox” or I move the “Inbox” one to “Saved” — it now deletes BOTH of them, but I do not want to keep 2 copies of the same email. I also use Mail App for iPhone, so I refresh them both, and the emails all get deleted. But I am now forced to keep 2 same copies of emails or they will all get deleted.
