Support List Unsubscribe
For emails senders that include list unsubscribe info, why not include a one click unsubscribe option?

AOL doesn’t recognize my email address
Sometimes when I send an email, it gets rejected with a notice, “AOL does not recognize the address “myaoladdress@aol.com” and it goes into “Outbox” or “Unsent”

Delete email from lock screen banner
When I select “Delete” from the options for an email on the lock screen banner notification, the email still shows up in my inbox as “Read” and does not delete. I then have to delete it from the inbox, making an annoying extra step.
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data -
The AOL app uses the spell check feature provided by your device.

Replying to a person’s email
Why is the sender email address not shown when replying to the original sender’s email? I have to fish it out of my contacts. Especially if there are multiple addressees as in a reply all message.

Copying web links
How do I copy and send a web link that been sent to me in email? This wonderful new update doesn’t allow me to view the address bar after I click on the link..:
We cannot replicate your issue, uninstalling and reinstalling your app should fix this. Also, to copy a link just hold down on the link until the Copy option appears.

When they send me a add for free chips I click on it sends me to App Store to download instead of going straight to game I do not get my freebie at all this way why is this it used to work fix this plz or I might have to find one that works ty

I need to change my email current address to the new one. Which means I need to delete my old address out ASAP
My current address is Verizon. If I remove it do I have to pay for it??

My draft folder is stuck on one
But when I go into the folder the folder says it’s emptyI have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

Obscene emails
I emailed you explaining to you that I'm getting disgusting dirty , obscene emails sent to me by someone that signed me up to these websites . Instead of trying to investigating this issue , I was told to change the settings on my account. Even if I do that, the person knows my email address & will continue to send this garbage to me but all I'm told is to do is change my settings !! Really ?

Regarding spam emails you receive, for advanced settings, go to mail.aol.com on a desktop computer and create filters under Mail Settings. You can filter incoming mail to go go straight into Trash or Spam. Note: You can create up to 50 filters.

Email attachments
I’ve sent 2 emails with 2 photo attachments recently and they don’t show up in my sent items so I don’t even know if they actually were sent. Nothing in my drafts folder either.

Make it compatible with IPad. Especially the Calendar i can’t access it at all from my browser on iPad and I don’t own a computer.
AOL isn’t very compatible with my iPad but my iPad is my only computer now. It has a browser and I use it to access AOL.com But it will not show me my contacts and calendar. It’s sending me alerts from 2004 and won’t let me modify those alerts so I have to delete them daily. It’s extremely aggravating. Contacts won’t sync and the app also doesn’t work for those two things. AOL, please move into the future, iPads and tablets are replacing computers.
The Calendar is not supported int the AOL app and to view your contacts you will have to access your account on mail.aol.com from your iPad’s browser.
Also, to manage your notifications you can go to Settings > Notifications. -
Preview problems
No matter what I do in settings, the mail preview on my lock screen shows so many lines of the email. I only want to show sender and subject. Been having this issue for about a week now.
Here’s how to change message preview:
1. In the upper left, tap the Menu icon Image of 3 horizontal lines.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Message Preview.
4. Select your preview choice.
5. Tap the Back arrow to save. -
Arrow missing on reply
Greetings,
An arrow used to show after replying or forwarding an email from my iPhone 7. We have had this aol account and app very long, it used to work. It was handy to know when checking emails to note which were taken care of and which needed attention. We made no changes it just stop showing up on the app, it shows when responding from the computer.

You keep sending my Washington post emails to spam. They are not spam please send the Wash Post emails to my account. do not send them to spam
If you see emails wrongfully directed to your Spam folder, select the email and click “Not spam” to redirect it to your inbox.
For advanced settings, go to mail.aol.com on a desktop computer and create filters under Mail Settings. You can filter incoming mail to go to the folders where you want them — or, make unwanted mail from specific senders go straight into Trash or Spam. Note: You can create up to 50 filters.
