    Stay on top of your email, news, and weather while on the go! Learn more about the AOL app and download it from the App Store. The AOL app is available for iOS devices running iOS 9.3 or higher.

    1. Open the App Store on your device.
    2. Tap the Search icon.
    3. Type “AOL” in the search field.
    4. Tap Search.
    5. Next to AOL: News Email Weather Video, tap Get.
    6. Enter your Touch ID or Apple ID, if prompted.
    7. Tap Open.

    Thank you for your feedback about the AOL App. Please follow the instructions below to sign out of the AOL App:

    1. In the upper left, tap the menu button.
    2. In the menu, in the upper right, tap the gear wheel icon.
    3. Under the Account section, tap Sign Out.

    You can add up to 3 email address within the AOL App.

  5. Support List Unsubscribe

    For emails senders that include list unsubscribe info, why not include a one click unsubscribe option?

  7. AOL doesn’t recognize my email address

    Sometimes when I send an email, it gets rejected with a notice, “AOL does not recognize the address “myaoladdress@aol.com” and it goes into “Outbox” or “Unsent”

  8. Delete email from lock screen banner

    When I select “Delete” from the options for an email on the lock screen banner notification, the email still shows up in my inbox as “Read” and does not delete. I then have to delete it from the inbox, making an annoying extra step.

    2. Restart your mobile device
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

  10. Replying to a person’s email

    Why is the sender email address not shown when replying to the original sender’s email? I have to fish it out of my contacts. Especially if there are multiple addressees as in a reply all message.

    Hi there. That should not be the case. I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    2. Restart your mobile device
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version

  11. Copying web links

    How do I copy and send a web link that been sent to me in email? This wonderful new update doesn’t allow me to view the address bar after I click on the link..:

    We cannot replicate your issue, uninstalling and reinstalling your app should fix this. Also, to copy a link just hold down on the link until the Copy option appears.

    1. In the bottom navigation menu, tap the Settings icon.
    2. Under App Settings, tap Video Autoplay.
    3. Tap the Video Autoplay toggle button to turn video autoplay on.

  13. Big fish casino

    When they send me a add for free chips I click on it sends me to App Store to download instead of going straight to game I do not get my freebie at all this way why is this it used to work fix this plz or I might have to find one that works ty

  18. Obscene emails

    I emailed you explaining to you that I'm getting disgusting dirty , obscene emails sent to me by someone that signed me up to these websites . Instead of trying to investigating this issue , I was told to change the settings on my account. Even if I do that, the person knows my email address & will continue to send this garbage to me but all I'm told is to do is change my settings !! Really ?

    We are truly sorry for your inconvenience. In order to secure your account, we recommend you to change your password and your Account Security Question.

    Regarding spam emails you receive, for advanced settings, go to mail.aol.com on a desktop computer and create filters under Mail Settings. You can filter incoming mail to go go straight into Trash or Spam. Note: You can create up to 50 filters.

  19. Email attachments

    I’ve sent 2 emails with 2 photo attachments recently and they don’t show up in my sent items so I don’t even know if they actually were sent. Nothing in my drafts folder either.
